Vegetable egg omelette





                          Hai all thanks for liking, following, sharing n commenting on my blog. This omelette is easy to prepare n very tasty. This is combination of vegetables n eggs.


                          Egg is every one favourite n for some recipes we will use egg in marination also. In snacks box also this will be good for kids. This can be perfect breakfast for all. Easy to make n will be liked by all.


                           In vegetables add spices n mix n add eggs  n mix well n prepare omelette fastly.




Preparation time     : 5 mins
Cooking time             : 3 mins
Total time                   : 8 mins







INGREDIENTS :


Eggs                       : 2
Carrot small          : 1
Capsicum small    : 1
Onion small           : 1
Green chilies         : 2
Chilly powder        : 1 tsp
Cumin powder      : ½ tsp
Coriander powder : ½ tsp
Mint leaves             : 4-5
Coriander fresh      : 2-3
Salt to taste
Oil                          : 1 tsp





METHOD :



Finely chop onion’s, carrot, capsicum n green chilies.
Finely chop mint n coriander leaves.
Take vegetables in a bowl.
Add salt, cumin powder, coriander powder n chilly powder.
Mix well n break eggs n add to vegetables mixture.
Whisk egg mixture n add coriander n mint leaves mix well.
Heat dosa pan n sprinkle oil n add egg mixture.
Spread evenly n omelette should be ½ inch thickness.
When omelette one side cooked flip other side.
When other side cooked remove from pan.
Vegetable egg omelette is ready to serve.



NOTE :



                         Vegetables u can add more but when u r adding more then make carrot, capsicum half only.

                        When flipping other side be care full so that the omelette won’t break.

         This is long process n from this laddu we can learn two dishes. That is bundhi n laddu. Bundhi is same process which we do it first to prepare this laddu slight difference is we have to add chilly powder to spicy bundhi.
