Butter chicken






Hai all. Thank a for liking, commenting n viewing my blog. My butter chicken recipe is modified version of the original butter chicken. This is the first dish I tasted n started eating chicken. From kids to elders everyone likes this dish.




preparation time : 30 mins
Cooking time : 25 mins
Total time : 55 mins




For marination :
  • Chicken boneless : 500 GM's
  • Salt : 1/2 tsp
  • Chilli powder : 1/2 tsp
  • Curd : 1 tsp
  • Oil : 1 tbsp



Ingredients :
  • Onions medium : 1
  • Tomatoes medium : 3
  • Cashew nuts : 8-10
  • Red chilli powder : 1 tsp
  • Gingergarlic paste : 1 tsp
  • Fresh cream : 2 tsps
  • Garam masala : 1/2 tsp
  • Bay leaf : 2
  • Bay stick : 2(1 inch)
  • Cloves : 2-4
  • Coriander powder : 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds : 1 tsp
  • Butter : 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste.




Method :
  • Clean chicken n marinate using marination ingredients except oil.
  • Keep aside for 30 mins closing with lid.
  • After 30 mins heat pan n add oil.
  • Keep in medium flame n add marinated chicken n fry till chicken cooked soft.
  • Take chicken in a bowl.
  • In the same pan add half of the butter.
  • Add cloves, bay stick let splutter add onions, turmeric powder stir it.
  • Add little salt stir once again n add cashew nuts mix well.
  • Allow onions to fry when turning transparent add tomatoes stir well.
  • When tomatoes cooked well remove from flame.
  • Take the tomato mixer in a mixer bowl n grind fine paste.
  • In the same pan add remaining butter free heating add bay leaf n cumin seeds.
  • Add ginger garlic paste n stir.
  • Add tomato gravey stir well.
  • Add red chili powder, garam masala, coriander powder n salt stir in clock wise direction until all masala mix well.
  • Add half cup of water stir well.
  • Add fried chicken pieces n stir close the lid n allow to cook for five minutes in low flame.
  • When gravey thickens remove from flame n add fresh cream.
  • Butter chicken is ready to serve.



Note :
Be careful when cooking chicken n tomato gravey.

         This is long process n from this laddu we can learn two dishes. That is bundhi n laddu. Bundhi is same process which we do it first to prepare this laddu slight difference is we have to add chilly powder to spicy bundhi.

Hai this is my second smoothie which is made of banana. This is a combination of banana, curd, milk and sugar.

     Now a days kids favorite are smoothies. And in this summer these drinks will be good for not only children but for everyone.

     This is easy n simple recipe which we can prepare it in 5 to 10 mins.
