Banana smoothie

Hai this is my second smoothie which is made of banana. This is a combination of banana, curd, milk and sugar.

     Now a days kids favorite are smoothies. And in this summer these drinks will be good for not only children but for everyone.

     This is easy n simple recipe which we can prepare it in 5 to 10 mins.

Hai after long time I am posting my recipe n hope I will post my recipe daily. This is simple n for a change of daily breakfast r snack dish. Now a days where ever we go to any restaurant they are saying tava idly, tava vada, tava bonda.

               So today my dish is tava idly. It’s a combination of spicy powder n idly n will take only 5 mins.
We can prepare this dish with leftover idlys also. Morning we prepare idly n some idly will be left for sure. For me it’s common. So I used to prepare this tava idly.

               I am giving maximum time but usually it takes 5 to 7 total time.

Bandhar laddu (thokudu laddu)

This is famous in Andhra Pradesh. It came from a place called Bandhar now called Machlipatanam.

          So this thokudu laddu is also called as Bandhar laddu. Who ever goes to that place they will definitely taste this laddu. Slowly it spread to whole state. It won’t be strange if we say it spread to whole world.

         This is long process n from this laddu we can learn two dishes. That is bundhi n laddu. Bundhi is same process which we do it first to prepare this laddu slight difference is we have to add chilly powder to spicy bundhi.

Potato fry ( bangaladumpa vepudu)

                  I think for this no introduction is needed. Potato or aloo or bangaladumpa in Telugu.

                 Different names in different regions for potato. This recipe is combination of potato, onions, green chillies n ginger garlic paste.

Preparation time           : 5 mins
Cooking time                   : 25 mins

Raw Banana Bajji ( Aratikaya Bajji)

Hai all thanks for liking, following, sharing n commenting on my blog. This recipe is combination of raw bananas n gram flour. This is easy snack r starter which we can prepare in evening.

                  There are lot of varieties which we can prepare with raw bananas. There r 5-6 recipes of mine with raw bananas which I will share slowly. Raw bananas are called aratikaya in Telugu. Bajjis r famous in south. With all vegetables they will make bajjis n I will share one by one.

                   I all ready shared betel leaf bajji u can see in my earlier recipes.  This I learnt from Streatham Walla by seeing her he prepared n from then I started preparing. This will be good snack r starter for every party to function.

Cooking time           : 20 mins
Total time                 : 30 mins.

Butter cheese sandwich

Hai this for liking, following, sharing n commenting on my blog. This recipe is combination of butter, cheese, carrot n capsicum.

                            This is easy n will serve every purpose. Mainly for kids snack box. It’s easy to make n specially no cooking. Only five mins to prepare. Now a days every one r liking these type of dishes.

                            It’s common now in homes having cheese n butter so the ingredients r available in home only. We can use brown r white bread that is our choice. I am using white bread.

                           My slogan is feel the food so I want tasty bread but I won’t say brown bread is something but I like white bread more when compared to brown bread.

Strawberry smoothie

Hai all thanks for liking, following, sharing n commenting on my blog. This drink is combination of strawberries, curd, milk n sugar. This smoothie is liked by all mainly kids.

                    In my home my sister in aw won’t eat fruits n drink  juices. But when first I made this smoothie is drank without any fuss. N from then I started trying different smoothies n in different combinations.

                     When u try this drinks all will love this n for kids birthday parties, kitties n for every occasion u can prepare this n it is easy to prepare. This will take less time n all can enjoy any time in the day.

                          Winter is the period we get strawberries. The correct period of strawberries is from November – March. This time we can make so many varieties with strawberries. We can store strawberries pulp n freezer n use when ever we want. We can made jam with out any preservations in home n can store.
